EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing or using Boss Everyware you agree to the following:

GRANT OF LICENSE

EVALUATION. The Licensee is permitted to use Boss Everyware free of charge on an unlimited number of computers for the purpose of determining whether Boss Everyware is suitable for the Lisensee's needs. Unregistered evaluation copy of Boss Everyware can write up to 200 records into a log file. Registration removes this limit.

SINGLE COMPUTER LICENSE. A single computer license allows installation and use of Boss Everyware on one computer owned or leased by the Licensee.

MULTIPLE COMPUTER LICENSE. A multiple computer license allows installation and use of Boss Everyware on several computers owned or leased by the Licensee in accordance of quantity ordered.

SITE LICENSE. A site license allows the Licensee to use Boss Everyware on an unlimited number of computers owned or leased by the Licensee within a 160 km (100 mile) radius of the purchasing location. This includes computers, from this location, which are used by people who are travelling, but it does not include computers with permanent locations outside of the 160 km radius.

CORPORATE LICENSE. A corporate license allows installation and use of Boss Everyware on an unlimited number of computers owned or leased by the Licensee world-wide.

UNLIMITED SERVICE LICENSE. A service license allows use of Boss Everyware as a part of service provided by the Licensee to the unlimited number of Licensee's customers. Boss Everyware can be deployed on the unlimited number of computers owned or leased by the Licensee's customers in the scope of service provided by the Licensee. A service license is granted for a time period of one year and is renewable.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Boss Everyware. You may not change configuration data of Boss Everyware in any other way than provided by Boss Everyware.

BOSS EVERYWARE CAN ONLY BE USED WITH THE CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE USER OF THE COMPUTER ON WHICH ANY PART OF THE BOSS EVERYWARE SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Boss Everyware is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Boss Everyware.

DISTRIBUTION

The unregistered evaluation version of Boss Everyware may be freely distributed, provided that it is not modified and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files, and provided that no fee is charged.
